Delivery and Pick Up Policy:
Prior to delivery and after each rental period, our equipment is inspected for wear & tear, and sanitized.
We offer delivery and pick-up of rental items seven days a week, excluding holidays.
Delivery Location Procedures:
Please notify your hotel/resort in advance of our scheduled delivery time. We do our best to deliver your equipment prior to your check-in time. If the hotel/resort allows, we will deliver the equipment directly to your room. Otherwise, equipment will be left at the front desk or with the concierge.
Please return all equipment to the front desk/concierge for pick-up and notify the concierge of the scheduled pick-up time. Your credit card will be charged for the full cost of any items not returned or not returned in their original rental condition.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
You may cancel your order at any time up to 48 hours of your scheduled delivery date to avoid any charge to your credit card. Any cancellations received after this grace period, will result in a 50% charge of your order to the provided credit card.
